Apex North Property Manager
A private property-management tool used by Apex North Properties, LLC to run its own rental homes in Libertyville, Illinois and the surrounding area.
What it does
- Keeps each rental's lease, rent charges, payments and balance in one ledger.
- Prepares leases and the legally required disclosures, and sends them out for e-signature.
- Helps the landlord send tenants their reminders, notices and ledger statements by email.
- With the landlord's permission, reads rent-payment notices and utility bills in the landlord's own Gmail so they can be recorded on the right ledger.
Who it's for
It is not a public service and there is nothing to sign up for. Tenants do not need an account: they just receive email from their landlord. Access is limited to the landlord and anyone the landlord has set up.
